## Key Responsibilities Perform complete setups for multi-axis CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions Machine precision components to tight tolerances (± .002") Inspect finished parts using standard measuring tools and procedures Maintain production schedules with minimal supervision Edit and create CNC programs to support production Develop and improve fixturing and setups for repeat production Troubleshoot machining and setup issues independently Maintain a clean and safe work environment ## Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of CNC programming experience 4–5 years of fixturing and setup experience Experience with SolidWorks CAM Pro Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining practices Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel ## Additional Skills Experience with lathe work, drilling, grinding, milling, and hand tools Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to collaborate with production teams on tooling and process improvements
