What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Able to read blueprints, Ability to solve problems that arise in a manufacturing environment without direct supervision, Ability to manage time and prioritize work in an effective manner, High standard of attention to detail, Basic level of Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
2+ years experience as a CNC Milling or CNC lathe machine operator preferred doing setup and some understanding of programming, Knowledge of Machining in a prototype manufacturing setting or related experience and education
