If you are driven by accuracy, consistency and purpose, this role offers the chance to make a real difference. **What will you be doing?** * Setting up, operating and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes including Star, Citizen, Tsugami or similar * Machining small complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes * Performing tool changes, offsets, wear compensation and in process adjustments to maintain quality * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD and T, work instructions and control plans * Carrying out in process and final inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems and other precision tools * Completing manufacturing and quality documentation to support compliance and traceability * Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement * Maintaining safety, cleanliness and contamination control standards throughout the workspace **What will you need to be successful?** * Minimum 1 year of experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production/manufacturing environment * Previous milling experience is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high precision part * Strong working knowledge of GD and T and blueprint interpretation * Experience performing inspections and documenting results * A detail-oriented approach and a quality first mindset **You.
