This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in Swiss type CNC machining to produce components that directly impact patient outcomes. If you are driven by accuracy, consistency and purpose, this role offers the chance to make a real difference. **What will you be doing?** * Setting up, operating and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes including Star, Citizen, Tsugami or similar * Machining small complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes * Performing tool changes, offsets, wear compensation and in process adjustments to maintain quality * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD and T, work instructions and control plans * Carrying out in process and final inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems and other precision tools * Completing manufacturing and quality documentation to support compliance and traceability * Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement * Maintaining safety, cleanliness and contamination control standards throughout the workspace **What will you need to be successful?** * Minimum 1 year of experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production/manufacturing environment * Previous milling experience is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high precision part * Strong working knowledge of GD and T and blueprint interpretation * Experience performing inspections and documenting results * A detail-oriented approach and a quality first mindset **You.
