Full Job Description
**Job Title:** Machining Process Technician **Job Description:** **The Role:** Our site in Chaska is seeking a**Machining Process Technician** to join our team. As a Machining Process Technician, you play a critical role in enabling Entegris to drive the Future of Innovation. In this position, you will lead the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of machining processes for a variety of engineered materials. You will provide technical expertise to both Manufacturing and Engineering teams by implementing process changes, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), and optimizing existing product and process lines. This role also requires active participation in Entegris’ safety culture and a strong commitment to our PACE values. This role will follow a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. However, occasional adjustments to this schedule may be required to meet project and production needs. **What You’ll Do:** * Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross functional teams to develop, document, and enhance product manufacturability, including prototyping, fixture and design development, CNC programming for manufacturability, and optimizing work cell layout. * Ensures product is consistent with established specifications. Escalates quality issues as appropriate. Ensures highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality system, ISO, and/or other standards. * Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness, and product/system quality. Promotes and implements use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities. Participate actively in continuous improvement activities such as 5s, Kaizen events, etc. * Assists in training manufacturing personnel in the operation of new and existing equipment and processes.
