Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery and equipment engineering, Focus on Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) materials and processing, In-depth knowledge of LSR material properties, molding techniques, and curing mechanisms, Proven experience in material characterization techniques, Understanding of machinery and equipment associated with LSR manufacturing, Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Experience with CAD software, Experience with simulation tools, Experience with DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM/EDS analysis equipment
