Must Have
5+ years of experience in machining, fabrication, maintenance, or machine shop operations, Demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting manual and CNC machining equipment, precision measurement tools, and fabrication equipment, mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment documentation, Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and coordinate activities across Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work around industrial equipment, and safely perform duties in a manufacturing environment
