Must Have
5+ years of quality inspection experience in a machine shop or precision manufacturing environment, Solid command of standard measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, CMM, height gauges, etc., blueprint reading skills including GD&T, Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality management systems, Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple inspection queues under deadline pressure
Nice to Have
internal auditing experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
and final inspections on machined parts to the highest quality standards
Interpret engineering drawings
and job specifications with confidence
Conduct gage calibration and maintain accurate records in Gage Track software
Audit production quality at every phase of manufacture and document findings clearly
Develop and maintain detailed in-process and final inspection reports
Support AS9100 / ISO 9001 compliance and participate in internal audits
