What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of related experienced, Associates degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Facility Management or related field with 5+ years of experience working within a Maintenance related area, Possess valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
What You'll Do.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical
Maintain preventative maintenance logs
Perform routine preventative maintenance on building structures
Conduct general building repairs
Monitor facility systems
Perform minor carpentry
plumbing and fixture replacements
Manage facility inspections
and environmental compliance requirements
organized and safe work areas
Participates in the safety Gemba process
Follows all safety requirements and procedures
Recommend and implement process improvements
Collaborate with team members and leaders
Respond to emergency requests for facility and equipment repairs
Prioritize work requests considering the potential risk and impact on people and business operations
