Must Have
B. Sc. Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or Related Engineering Degree and/or Technology Diploma/Certification, Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a team-based environment, account management, and sales functions, Knowledge of a sales process, Knowledge of engineering design principles and processes relating to machine safety, Involved in Machine Safety facet of automation projects, Knowledge in project management, Knowledge in strategic pricing, Knowledge in business strategy development, Mentorship and communication skills, Customer-centric mindset, Focus on delivering an excellent client experience, Adaptable, Organized, Results driven

TUV Rhineland or Nord certification
What You'll Do.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert
Perform pre-sales activities
Conduct preliminary engineering assessments
Perform machine risk assessments
Engage in technical marketing
Support sales engagements
Support the Delivery team
Lead risk assessments
Validate safety-related control systems
Support compliance to global standards
Deliver safe and compliant solutions
Create comprehensive Grantek proposals
Identify potential risks
Craft winning proposals
Present proposals to clients
Architect customer solutions
Present customer solutions
Translate technical concepts

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Practice group; Collaborate with our quality department; Support all required sales activities with Practice leaders and Delivery Managers; Provide case studies with Marketing Team; Be aware of projects with Delivery Team; Drive account strategies with Delivery Team; Work across the engineering department with Engineering Team; Augment the proposal process with Engineering Team; Engage, support & participate in company decisions
Communication Scope
Mentorship and communication skills; Ability to motivate and mentor the practice team; Present proposals to clients; Architect and present customer solutions to technical and non-technical audiences; Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling presentations
