What You'll Do.
Maintain resin system
Assign blender recipes
Grind defective PET containers
Certify re-grind product
Scan production tickets
Consume production tickets
Conduct quality inspections
Ensure vacuum pumps are operating
Ensure pressure pumps are operating
Perform preventive maintenance on resin system
Complete tasks in accordance with safety requirements
Communicate system problems
Communicate breakdowns
Perform housekeeping duties
Complete written records
Complete quality checks
Complete downtime records
Communicate with internal departments
Shut down machine if danger
Shut down machine for quality
Shut down machine if repeated problem
