What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to train, Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, Highly organized, detail oriented
Nice to Have
1+ year of experience operating high-speed machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, Experience with Food Safety, CIP, cGMP’s, Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes
What You'll Do.
Operate and monitor high-speed filling/bottling/packing machinery
Ensure consistent and accurate output
Set up / shut down equipment
Perform CIP/clean equipment
Inspect machine output and product quality
Identify and address potential mechanical or product issues
Perform routine equipment checks
Perform basic maintenance
Maintain accurate production and downtime records
and sanitation standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Suggest and implement improvements
Perform other duties as assigned

Overview A reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator, 2nd Shift, oversees the operation of our high-speed filling and bottling machine, automated de-palletizer, case-packer or other packaging equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate performance of our automated equipment while proactively identifying and addressing issues before they impact production. The ability to think on your feet and maintain high standards of quality and safety will be essential to the success of our production line. This role offers progressive performance levels, ranging from Operator-in-Training through to Expert and Trainer, allowing for growth and development within the position. Hiring for 2nd shift -- Monday thru Thursday, 4:00pm - 4:30am, (MUST be flexible to work some Saturdays as needed
