What You'll Do.

operating and maintaining complex machinery to ensure the production of high-quality products

conducting quality inspections

including face/liner unwinds

Use a Curiosity mindset to identify malfunctions early and perform minor repairs to minimize unplanned downtime

Conduct routine product testing using standard measuring devices to ensure all output meets strict specifications

Maintain optimal production flow by adjusting temperatures

and flow ratios based on real-time data from meters and gauges

Utilize Digital Fluency to maintain accurate production logs and inventory counts within our manufacturing systems (MFG Pro)

Promote a "Team Before Self" environment by following all safety protocols and supporting continuous improvement (ELS) initiatives
