What You'll Do.

Precision Operation: Lead the setup
and changeover of coating assets
including face/liner unwinds
and main winding consoles.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use a Curiosity mindset to identify malfunctions early and perform minor repairs to minimize unplanned downtime.
Quality Control: Conduct routine product testing using standard measuring devices to ensure all output meets strict specifications.
Process Monitoring: Maintain optimal production flow by adjusting temperatures
and flow ratios based on real-time data from meters and gauges.
Operational Excellence: Utilize Digital Fluency to maintain accurate production logs and inventory counts within our manufacturing systems (MFG Pro).
Safety & Collaboration: Promote a "Team Before Self" environment by following all safety protocols and supporting continuous improvement (ELS) initiatives.
