What You'll Do.

Operate CNC Lathe for production.
Complete required router information.
Perform first piece first article and in-process inspection of parts
Manufacture parts to manufacturing prints or customer prints.
Maintain tooling on CNC lathe.
monthly and quarterly maintenance on machine.
Perform housekeeping per 6S schedule.
Performs basic machining functions to produce parts.
Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
Monitors the machine to ensure proper program performance.
Completes shop work orders
inspection documentation
and daily maintenance sheets.
Makes off sets and adjustments to machines with moderate supervision.
Advocates for the health and safety of self
Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures
and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Completes all required training.
