Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Read, write, speak, and understand English, Good computer skills, Ability to learn Amcor systems, Able to stand and walk up to 12-hours, Lift, bend and twist repetitively, Bend under 4-foot bottle conveyor, Frequent hand dexterity, Proficient hand / eye coordination, Operates forklift safely and efficiently, Adheres to all safety rules, Uses safety equipment as required, Wears required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Follows Amcor Kenosha’s safety policies, Able to lift up to 75 lbs, Able to carry up to 75 lbs, Able to lift < 50 lbs, Able to carry < 50 lbs
Nice to Have
Some college, technical or vocational education preferred, Previous manufacturing work experience preferred, SAP experience is helpful

Operate support equipment
Meet production volumes
Follow production schedules
Communicate schedule changes
Start-up blow mold machine
Shut down blow mold machine
Operate blow mold machines
Enter production process
Maintain production process
Identify bottle quality defects
Correct production processes
Monitor production flow
Monitor preform level
Perform quality control testing
Communicate machinery issues
Communicate equipment issues
Assist Maintenance with repairs
Assist with mold changeovers
Assist with preventive maintenance
Follow end-of-run procedures
Complete profile sheet
Remove previous run performs
Remove previous run bottles
Follow HACCP standards
Follow Product Safety standards
Complete housekeeping requirements
Complete required documentation
Use company computer system
Enter preform consumption
