Tasks include aligning media, setting speed and temperature profiles, ensuring bubble‑free lamination, trimming finished rolls, tracking production lots, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and calibration. **What You’ll Do…** * Properly operate roll-to-roll laminator machines. * Make proper use of test and inspection devices as required by the group leader and/or job packet. * Prepare daily time accountability and paperwork. * Read and follow job paperwork as required. * Maintain safe and clutter-free work area. * Enter recommendations to management for improvements in areas such as personal safety, improved product quality, better rates and yields, or any other matters that impact shop costs or employee’s health. * Perform packaging, assembly, duties as directed by group leader * Do other tasks as directed by the group leader. **Requirements** **What You’ll Bring…** * Set up machines as required. * Recognize quality, acceptable product. * Assist in the training of inexperienced persons. * Be skilled in the operation of many pieces of equipment throughout the plant(s). * Be sufficiently skilled to work with minimum supervision once initial training is completed and verified by the supervisor. * Employee must pass the job-related physical requirement testing. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential func
