Previous machine operating experience is essential, Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties, Safety-conscious and observant in a fast-moving production environment, Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, A positive attitude with plenty of drive and enthusiasm, Someone with a “get up and go” mentality who takes initiative, teamwork skills and the ability to work closely with others
What You'll Do.
Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
Supporting the manufacturing process for gums and jellies
Handling and lifting 10kg trays throughout the shift
Carrying out frequent manual handling tasks
Monitoring machinery performance and identifying potential issues
Maintaining high standards of health
Remaining observant and proactive to ensure safety
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with a team of operators and line staff; Supporting engineers and technicians during machine breakdowns
