Full Job Description
Join the Parallel Employment team as a Machine Operator! We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment. In this role, you'll be operating machinery to help produce quality products efficiently and safely among other duties such as assembly and soldering. Blueprint reading is a plus! As an Operator, your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring equipment, assembly, soldering, performing quality checks, and ensuring materials are handled properly. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help keep operations running smoothly. Shift: 2nd shift 3:00pm-1:00am Monday- Thursday Wage: $17.50/hr. **Requirements** * Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated candidates! * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for an entire shift (10hours). * Good communication skills and a positive attitude. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Willingness to learn and work in a team environment. * Recent 2 year manufacturing experience * Soldering Experience **Aptitude:** * Must be able to pass solder class * Must be able to read, write and understand English * Ability to recognize solder defects per customer requirements & IPC standards * Ability to complete paperwork daily in a timely manner and enter into the computer * Ability to clean pallets (scrape coating off, work with xylene) * Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment (clean inside and outside of coater) * Ability to become proficient at various stations on automated lines after one week * Ability to comprehend, translate, and verify process through electronic system We value diversity and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
