Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **W HAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * Set up and operate machine tools to cut, shape, or form metal to specification * Read blueprints, drawings, or work instructions to determine machining requirements * Monitor machine operations, including feed and speed, to ensure proper performance * Measure and inspect completed parts using precision tools to verify quality and accuracy * Perform routine adjustments, cleaning, and basic maintenance on machines * Identify machining issues and notify appropriate personnel when advanced adjustments are needed * Evaluate machining processes and recommend improvements for efficiency or quality _(level dependent)_ * Dispose of scrap and waste materials in accordance with company and environmental guidelines * Train, coach, or support less experienced machine operators _(level dependent)_ **YOU HAVE:** * Experience operating machine tools in a manufacturing or production environment * Ability to read blueprints and follow machining procedures and work instructions * Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, calipers, etc.) * Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards * Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements * Ability to work independently or as part of a team within standard operating procedures * Dependable attendance and ability to meet production schedules * Willingness to learn and progress within machine operation levels * High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience * Additional experience and ability to train or mentor others required for senior‑level roles **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportun
