MachineOperator

This is a 2nd Shift Position Responsibilities: * Operate one (1) machine, including ProMach Panther printer lines or Fortna Plus equipment systems according to established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Safey Analysis (JSA) procedures. * Monitor printer and conveyor performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal operation. * Perform routine setup tasks on equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime. * Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs when needed. * Collaborate with other team members to prioritize workload and ensure timely processing of orders. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized safe work area. * Visually inspect package labels; comparing labels to standard “sample” and works to resolve any discrepancies. * Alerts supervisor to any problems with production levels, and/or quality standards. * Operates equipment to ensure efficiency and production standards are met. * Comply with safety regulations (OSHA and Company) and maintain clean and orderly work areas. * Ability to learn new skills. * Perform all duties as assigned or needed. * May lift cartons of approximately 50 lbs. to perform duties – team lift available, as needed. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. * Prior experience operating automated equipment and conveyor systems preferred. * Familiarity with any equipment Human Machine Interface (HMI) or similar automated control systems. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks. * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. ## Additional Information COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Fortune Br
