If this sounds interesting, we’d like to meet you. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Machine Operator** located in **Henrico, VA.** Reporting to the **Operations Supervisor,** the **Machine Operator’s** role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining automated production equipment while monitoring quality and inventory to ensure efficient, high-standard manufacturing. **What a typical day looks like:** * Review schedules and procedures to set up equipment, including loading components, feeders, and stencils. * Start and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to keep production within control limits. * Inspect products against specifications, performing reworks or equipment adjustments if quality drops. * Track inventory, record process data, and monitor the shelf life of chemicals and sensitive parts. * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and follow proper cleaning and shutdown procedures. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-2 years of machine operation experience and completion of company training. * Able to read complex instructions and clearly share information with teammates and supervisors. * Proficient in reading mechanical drawings/blueprints and using measurement tools like calipers and protractors. * Ability to perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for weight and distance measurements. * Use independent judgment to solve practical
