Full Job Description
**Job Details:** This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. **ATTN Prior Tyson Workers:** **Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.** The pay for this position starts between $17.10- $17.50/hr. depending on open positions, with a $1.00 shift differential for 3rd Shift. **Hours:** 3rd Shift- 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. _Responsibilities:_**** The primary responsibility of this position is to operate the machines in the Corn / Flour department. This involves closely monitoring, making necessary adjustments, and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor or lead. Additionally, this role requires maintaining various log sheets. * All team members are responsible for safety. * Documenting and calculating results accurately. * Taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product). * Reporting results to management. * Any additional assignments requested. _PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation._ * Team Member must be willing and able to perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems. * Team Member will be exposed to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet and humid conditions, slippery floors in certain areas, and concrete floors. * Team Member will be exposed to airborne particles and noise levels that require hearing protection. _Requirements:_**** * 3 months
