What You'll Do.
Follow daily production schedule
Achieve specified goals
Ensure product conforms to specifications
Prevent and minimize rework
Minimize inedible product
Perform standard operating procedures
Complete necessary technical training
Complete necessary soft skills training
Return from breaks timely
Notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
Attend all department and company meetings
Works scheduled shift as assigned
clean and organized work area
Immediately report all accidents
Report all deficiencies
Ensure safety devices are installed
Ensure safety devices are working properly
Suggest continuously improve quality
Perform all required duties within OSHA
Perform all required duties within company safety standards
Follow set company safety rules
Follow set OSHA safety rules
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training
Follow company pre-requisite programs
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Follow Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s)
Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary
Ensure products are correctly labeled
Ensure products are correctly identified for proper disposition
Keep record of products used
Follow FIFO (first in – first out)
Add ingredients to batch
Verify ingredients against formulations
Move meat into machine(s)
Move meat into combos
Move meat into v-mags
Use appropriate tools and techniques
Visually monitoring meat for quality
Maintain accurate records
Washing and sanitizing carts
Washing and sanitizing racks
Washing and sanitizing trucks

SHIFT 3rd: Friday-Sunday from 4:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m (hours may vary) The role of the Production Worker is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking or cut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
