Join our fabulous printing team in High Point, NC! * Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 and up DOE, plus $1.75 hourly shift differential * Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Here are just some of the benefits we offer after 30 days: * Your choice of Medical, Dental and Vision plans * 401(k) plan with Employer Match * Generous Paid Time Off * Holiday Pay (Eligible right away) * Tuition Assistance after 90 days * Referral Bonus Key Duties / Responsibilities * Operate the packaging system monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality. * Perform equipment start-up, shut-down and preventive maintenance. * Sample and monitor product quality coming off the system, making modifications as needed. * Troubleshoot packaging system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur. * Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted. * Maintains production, efficiency and quality records related to the packaging system operation. * Completes the production process for printed material by operating bindery/packaging equipment. * Supports the manufacture of personal products through a continuous production operation, requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various binding machines. * Work is typically routine, although some discretion may be allowed.
