Think of it as ‘practical magic.’ The Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of wood processing equipment. This role includes using wood processing equipment such as automated panel saws, edge banders, CNC routing & drilling equipment, and packing equipment. 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM (Sunday to Thursday) What We Offer: * Hourly rates start at $23.24 per hour * 10 PTO days, 5 sick days, and 10 paid holidays * 401K retirement plan with company match * Health insurance - Medical, Dental, and Vision * Company provided life insurance * Voluntary overtime available on Saturdays * Paid 30 minute lunch Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate equipment following all safety processes established within the facility. * Produce the required quality & quantity of parts within established specifications to maximize daily productivity expectations of boards being shipped. * Maintain a log and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. * Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment and perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. * Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. * Check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion and resolve any identified problems and alert line lead. * Responsible for on/off-loading of products such as tables, rolling racks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily. * Produc
