Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk and hear, Occasionally required to sit, Operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours, Regularly twisting, and bending in a repetitive motion, May frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment, Risk exposure to heat and/or cold, loud noise levels, vibration, and moving mechanical parts, Shift differential of $1.00 for 2nd shift, Works Monday through Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am with overtime as needed, Contingent upon a successful background investigation and drug test

What You'll Do.
Perform required tasks to keep equipment running
Perform minor set ups and troubleshoot equipment issues
Using blueprints to do visual product inspections to verify conformance to print specifications
Tracking conformance using the Screw MFG Inspection sheet and SPC program
Changing tools and adjusting machine back to proper specification
Performing housekeeping/daily machine maintenance
Troubleshooting manufacturing issues
Driving a forklift to retrieve raw material or deliver finished products to outbound staging area

Perform minor set ups and troubleshoot equipment issues. This position reports directly to the Department Manager and is supported by the department’s Team Lead(s). **This position works Monday through Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am with overtime as needed. This shift is eligible for a $1.00 shift differential.** **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time) Using blueprints to do visual product inspections to verify conformance to print specifications and tracking conformance using the Screw MFG Inspection sheet and SPC program. (40%) Changing tools and adjusting machine back to proper specification. (30%) Performing housekeeping/daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. (20%) Driving a forklift to retrieve raw material or deliver finished products to outbound staging area.
