Full Job Description
# **Job Description** Provides continuous machine support by continuously monitoring primary and secondary equipment for uptime efficiency and equipment safety. -Understands MEEF impact to effectively communicate to Production Supervisor repetitive breakdowns. -Resolves ongoing machine related problems (full bowls, closing machine restarts, grinder jams and color changes, purge removal from nozzle leaks). -Performs beginner-level preventative maintenance tasks (repairing conveyor, material jam, cleaning filters). -Performs material changeovers (ie, color changes, additives, etc.) -Supply materials to the presses. -Machine Operators Level 2 are not authorized to perform start up after a set up. -Restarts Injection Machines for mold protects, intermediate troubleshooting skills. -Assess beyond mold protect for root cause. -Fix minor cosmetic issues (burns, string flash). Maintains proper documentation for all materials and machines. -Line clearances. -Color changes -Production Requirements changes. -Total the scrap at end of the shift. -2 hour quality checks Supports and maintains all policies of the company including but not limited to: -ISO/SQF Standards -Health and Safety Requirements -Continuous Improvement -Standard work procedures. Schedule: 12 hour shifts. 6:00 pm - 6:15 am. rotating days, 36 48 schedule Pay: The starting pay for this position is expected to be $19.00 per hour; however, starting pay offered may vary on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between $19.00 and $20.50.
