Nice to Have
Previous experience in pipe fabrication, flange fit-up, tack welding, or manufacturing, Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols, Basic knowledge of welding processes and fabrication equipment, attention to detail and measurement accuracy, Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus, MIG/TIG tack welding experience, Knowledge of pipe fabrication processes, Experience using precision measuring tools
What You'll Do.
Operate Conrac flange tack machines
and tack weld flanges
Read and interpret fabrication drawings
Perform routine machine setup
Inspect materials and completed tack assemblies
Maintain consistent production output
Follow all company safety procedures
How You'll Work.

Communicate with welders, fitters, supervisors, and quality personnel
