High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience, attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort following written standard operating procedures (SOPs), A collaborative spirit, Adaptability to learn new software applications (like MFG Pro) and a willingness to cross-train on automated machinery over time, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license
