Job Responsibilities: Prioritize safety as a core principle Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine machining requirements Set-up and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers Ensuring proper machine adjustments Machine of quality parts for window & door manufacture Perform quality workmanship with dimensional accuracy Inspect completed parts according to specifications Document & report productivity and non-conforming records Perform secondary machining operations as needed Perform daily maintenance activities to machines as prescribed Maintain a clean and orderly machines & workstations Participate in and contribute to a continuous improvement culture Work professionally and positively with others to achieve a healthy and cohesive working relationship All other duties as assigned Qualification/Education Requirements: Introductory skill level in CNC machining Ability to utilize various machine-shop measuring instruments helpful Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” accuracy Appetite for a mechanical job role striving to deliver OEE (Optimal Equipment Effectiveness) Machining experience helpful Detail-oriented experience Computer familiarity Work structure organization skill What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work –
