4+ years of professional experience in software development, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Proficient in Python programming, knowledge of OOP, unit testing, Hands‑on experience building, fine‑tuning, or deploying ML models, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), classical machine‑learning methods, Decision Trees, Familiarity with modern foundation and open‑source model families, Qwen, LLaMA, large language models (LLMs), Familiarity with ML/Ops technologies, Azure ML, experiment tracking, model deployment, monitoring, pipeline orchestration, Proficient in ML frameworks, PyTorch, ONNX, TensorFlow, Experience with major cloud providers, Azure, GCP, AWS, Experience using collaborative development tools, Git, Confluence, Jira, Problem-solving capabilities, analytical/logical thinking, Self-driven, proactive attitude, resolutive, team-oriented, Ability to learn quickly, manage deadlines, Agile development methodologies, SCRUM/KANBAN, Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline, Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Linux, Docker containers, Experience with distributed systems, Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automation, GitHub Actions, Experience designing monitoring dashboards, Grafana, Experience with container orchestrators, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm
