What You'll Do.
Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.
Implement intelligent automation of HR business processes using agency-approved technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA)
Recommend and implement a balanced mix of RPA and AI capabilities based on business needs
and return on investment.
Provide guidance on machine learning ethics and responsible AI in alignment with federal policy.
integrate AI into workflows
