Graduate or equivalent, Minimum 4 years of experience, 18 Months as team leader / team manager, Proven leadership abilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Very good Presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills, Ability to observe, analyze and identify process improvement opportunities, Highly energetic & enthusiastic, Able to lead by examples, Hands on experience on MS-Office, Ability to prioritize tasks, Manage multiple responsibilities, Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality, Basic data handling and Data interpretation skills, Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, MS Excel & Word at an advanced level

Manager I / Front line manager is accountable for the overall direction and operations of our site a team of 20-25 employees, creating a culture of customer obsession, high performance and high-quality throughput.
