What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering or a related consulting role, Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent cloud technologies, experience in designing and delivering complex technical architectures, Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini models and related cloud AI services, programming skills in Python or R, Solid foundation in machine learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain or LangGraph, Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for data and ML projects, Experience with DBT and/or Dataform, Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Good understanding of MLOps tools and best practices, Experience with Generative AI use cases in enterprise environments, Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases and AI application monitoring, Experience with Docker, APIs and modern software engineering practices, Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop or Hive, Experience with NLP, computer vision or advanced analytics, Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences or journals, Two or more certifications in GCP, AWS or Azure Architecture and/or Machine Learning

About the Role As a GCP Lead Consultant (m/w/d), you will lead customer engagements around modern data platforms, machine learning and Generative AI on Google Cloud. You will combine technical leadership, architectural ownership and delivery responsibility to help customers move from strategy and ideation to scalable, production-ready solutions..
