ESH * Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work * Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others * Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in Output * case of unsafe or polluting hazards * Skillfully operate machines in MiCaRe production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift. * Arrange carrier, e.g. Cassette, Pallet to handle stock of output. Quality * Produce workpieces which meet the quality standard. * Understand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect. People * Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.
