What You'll Do.
Operate machinery in production area
Ensure equipment operates normally
Follow occupational health and safety instructions
Demonstrate exemplary safety behavior
Motivate others in safety
Ensure immediate response to incidents
Initiate preventive measures for unsafe conditions
Follow labor instructions strictly
Meet targets set by manager
Maintain equipment orderliness
Clean workplace according to standards
Understand and follow operating procedures
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Perform duties of absent employees
Protect trade secrets
Protect confidentiality of data
Track work time according to plan
Monitor production process
Follow fire safety requirements
Check equipment during start-stop
Perform AM/PM maintenance
Provide accurate information during shift change
Do not use expired materials
Check die and pre die qualifications
Ensure all machine functions pass
Work with CGMS system
Complete tracking log during operation
Complete operator checklist
Perform work according to requirements
Control process parameters
Support Machine lead and Wind up
Reduce machine losses
Drive forklift or electric cart
Use lifting equipment and cranes
Perform high-risk operations
Ensure equipment runs continuously
Ensure equipment runs efficiently
Receive training in necessary skills
