# **Job Description** **Job Summary** The Manufacturing Machine Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and machinery in a manufacturing facility. This role ensures machines operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Clean, sanitize, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tools, and work areas * Remove debris, grease, and build-up from machinery using appropriate cleaning agents and tools * Disassemble and reassemble machine parts safely for deep cleaning when required * Follow cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations * Identify and report equipment issues, wear, or damage to maintenance or supervisors * Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment * Maintain records of cleaning activities and completed tasks * Assist production or maintenance teams when needed * **Required Skills & Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in manufacturing, janitorial, or industrial cleaning is a plus * Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) * Basic understanding of machinery and cleaning techniques * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in industrial environments **Working Conditions** * Exposure to loud noises, moving machinery, and industrial cleaning chemicals * Requires use of PPE such as gloves, goggles, and safety shoes * May involve lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces * Shifts may include nights, weekends, or overtime depending on production needs **Physical Requirements** * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching * Ability to work in hot, cold, or humid conditions # **Our Expectations** We expect our people to b
