The MAC (Move, Add, Changes) Program Area Manager serves as the primary face of GREF to business leaders during office relocations, owning the complete employee move experience from planning through execution. You'll build strategic partnerships with organizational space owners, lead change management communications, and make high-judgment decisions balancing employee needs with space constraints. This role requires direct accountability for project phasing, relocation outcomes, vendor performance, budget management, and stakeholder satisfaction. You'll bridge space planning decisions with flawless execution, serving as the single point of contact for all relocation questions.
