ARSIEM is looking for a self-starting, motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support a federal Microsoft 365 Contractor Support Services program. The Quality Assurance Analyst will support contractor-side quality control, deliverable review, performance monitoring, reporting quality, corrective action tracking, and documentation compliance against the PWS, QASP, and Quality Control Plan. This position is primarily remote. ## Responsibilities Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. Support application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Power Platform components. Develop and maintain .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support M365 administration, OneDrive features, SharePoint functionality, automation, and operational needs. Customize SharePoint lists and integrate disparate systems using Power Apps and related tools. Support configuration and maintenance of Power Platform environments, pipelines, and tenant-level settings. Troubleshoot user issues related to Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services.
