Contract administration skills, Knowledge of different tender progresses, Knowledge of relevant contracts, An awareness of M&E systems, CADMeasure skills, CATO skills, Demonstrate experience of working with several clients, Able to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, Accurate and excellent attention to detail

Experience in a relevant discipline
What You'll Do.
Interface for projects between client
Ensure efficient and timely implementation of project requirements
Maintain projects on time and on budget
Ensure adequate and timely communication channels
Co-ordinate and prepare information for client
Seek and listen to client’s requirements
programme and cost information
Provide guidance on procurement approach
Provide cost advice to clients
Provide accurate measure from consultant’s drawings
Obtain quotations for plant and equipment
Participate in preparation of tender documents
Assist with review and comment upon tender returns
Negotiate with contractors for best value
Assist with preparation of contract documents
Review contractor’s variations
Undertake valuations of M&E services
Report cost in a timely manner
Undertake life cycle costs
Oversee/review/approve work of junior staff
Represent Egis professionally
Report to client and stakeholders

Build strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants and contractors; Represent Egis at project meetings; Provide advice on project assignments; Follow up on actions assigned to Egis; Communicate clearly, concisely and coherently with client and consultants; Identify risks and issues with ongoing activities; Identify mitigation measures
