What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on experience in a data center or critical facility environment, including UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgear., High School diploma or GED equivalent., 5+ years of related work experience, including supervisory experience., Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent., Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)., Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel., Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills., Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Nice to Have
Experience in large-scale or mission-critical data center environments., Advanced training or certifications related to electrical, mechanical, or critical facilities operations.
What You'll Do.

and warranty obligations.
Maintaining accurate records
including engineering logs
maintenance documentation
and drawings/manuals.
Supporting emergency response activities and ensuring compliance with escalation procedures and Critical Facility Work Authorization (CWA) processes.

The position ensures all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems operate safely and efficiently, while protecting and enhancing the value of client assets.
