As an M CPA required Demonstrated breadth and depth of US GAAP knowledge, including M&A accounting (ASC 805), investment accounting (ASC 321, ASC 323), and consolidation (ASC 810) Proven experience leading financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessment, and identification of accounting risks across live deal processes Track record of managing external consultants and advisors across M&A workstreams, including scoping engagements, reviewing deliverables, and holding advisors to quality and timeline standards Proven ability to draft technical accounting memos and original financial statement disclosures that clearly communicate complex accounting conclusions to cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. #LI-Remote Job ID: P77060 Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below).
