What You'll Do.
Conduct industry and competitive research to identify vertical market software businesses that meet our strategic criteria and specific metrics
Identify key contacts and contact details for target businesses
Create target lists for the Marketing and Business Development Team
Make recommendations to the Business Development Team to pursue new targets and enter new and adjacent markets
Work in collaboration with a marketing team to drive desired M&A strategic outcomes
Providing relevant reporting & KPI's on projects/campaigns
Other special projects as required
