Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Business/Finance/Accounting, English written and verbal communication skills, 2+ years of work experience in research or investment analysis, Demonstrated experience performing qualitative and quantitative research, working with Excel, Ability to work independently, diligence, detail-orientation
Nice to Have
Completed CFA exams, M&A research, Experience or willingness to learn web scraping, how to leverage AI, Prior experience of the using CRM systems, Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce
What You'll Do.
Conduct research (website, LinkedIn, internal sources, etc.
) to qualify software businesses meet our acquisition criteria (vertical, revenue, employees, business model, geography, etc.
) creating lead lists for our North American deal sourcing teams, For businesses that meet our investment profile, identify key contacts and create reminders for our business development teams, Update findings in Salesforce CRM and Excel worksheets, Other special projects as required.
