The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business. This is a high-impact role with a front-row seat to building one of the UK’s most ambitious proptech platforms. Position summary We’re looking for an M&A / Corp Dev Associate. You’ll sit at the heart of Dwelly’s growth engine, supporting both acquisitions and fundraising. We’re a high-velocity roll-up, running multiple deals at once and supporting fundraising in parallel - so you’ll have a steep learning curve with real ownership. This isn’t corporate M&A: we bring a startup mindset, iterate constantly, and give people room to shape the process. You’ll own the analytical heavy lifting across deals and fundraising, pressure-test investment cases, and help build our equity story, working closely with the Head of Corp Dev, Head of M&A, and the Founders. This is a high-impact role with a front-row seat to building one of the UK’s most ambitious proptech platforms. Key responsibilities 1. Power the acquisition engine You’ll own the analytical workstream on each deal end-to-end, from first assessment of strategic fit through diligence and approval.
