2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM / IPO advisory or a similar transaction environment, execution experience on live transactions and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure, Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with a academic track record, Fluency in English and Spanish
