What You'll Do.
Deliver nursing service duties
Provide resident care oversight

Full Job Description
Per Diem Position $40/hourly For over 37 years, Senior Resource Group-SRG has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA. The Licensed Nurse is responsible for delivering nursing service duties, in accordance with Healthcare Provider orders while providing oversight to the resident care and Medication Management Program in accordance with healthcare provider orders, state regulations and SRG policies. This position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities; however, the Licensed Nurse will act as liaison with healthcare providers, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare agencies to maintain optimal care services for our residents. The Licensed Nurse will function as a mentor to Caregivers, Med Aides and/or Med Techs while keeping community leaders informed of routine and changing care needs of residents. Essential Duties; Responsibilities: • Work as part of the team within the Health Services Department • Participates in and completes resident’ assessments to identify resident care needs. • Develops and updates resident service plans which include person centered approaches and interventions to determine resident care level. • Follows up on residents’ health conditions, and /or changes of condition with healthcare providers, residents and responsible parties. • Communicates relevant resident information to healthcare providers, alerts community staff and responsible parties of care concerns and service plan changes. • Performs nursing services as directed and in accordance with the Nurses Practice Act, and state regulations. • Develops and maintains effective relationships and communication with residents, families, responsible parties and other healthcare providers. • Collaborate with healthcare providers by reviewing weekly visit notes and ensuring continuity of care. • Assi
