This guest-facing role requires strong customer service skills, safe driving practices, attention to detail, and clear communication. Valet Attendants report directly to the Ramp Captain, the on-site shift supervisor. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure * Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly * Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage * Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures * Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols * Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage * Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately * Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events * Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times. #EminentON **Requirements** * Strong customer service and communication skills in a luxury or high-volume environment * Calm, professional demeanor under pressure * Attention to detail, safety awareness, and accountability * Ability to work collaboratively across departments while respecting role boundaries * Valid driver’s licens
