What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Very clear written & verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, Numeracy skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to collaborate with people inside and outside of both The Travel Division and the wider parent company, Willingness to commit to the demands of the role – including (where necessary) working outside of regular working hours to get the job done
Nice to Have
Previous experience of lead sourcing, Cold calling, Direct selling
What You'll Do.
Building and developing a luxury travel consulting function from the ground up
Managing a portfolio of high-value clients
including private aviation customers
Handling a mix of inbound
and referral-based leads to generate new business and build a base of repeat clients
Driving business development through proactive outreach
and relationship building
Delivering tailored recommendations to clients
Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion
Supporting the recruitment and development of new travel consultants
Acting as a senior point of contact for complex bookings
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
and internal stakeholders
Working towards exceeding daily
monthly & annual goals linked to both productivity and financial targets
Following company procedure in a methodical and chronological way
Working productively in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment
clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks
Maintaining a “Customer First” attitude
Taking full ownership of our customers in-destination experience
Representing the business at industry events
and client engagements
