What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of sales experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business, Experience selling decorative hardware, plumbing fixtures, or building materials, Experience working with luxury showrooms and customers, Familiarity with the specification community
What You'll Do.
Represent and sell luxury plumbing products
Build relationships with showroom partners
Contribute to territory growth through new business opportunities
Ensure brand excellence across customer touchpoints
Manage sales activities across assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with showroom personnel
and training initiatives
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships within the specification community
Promote and position House of Rohl products
Partner with Customer Service
Address territory needs and support customers
Ensure brand standards are consistently represented
Share market insights and customer feedback
Support business development and strengthen market positioning
Contribute to achieving sales targets and annual performance
Support product display installation and showroom updates
